The Smith Family: Prioritizing Health for a Vibrant Life

Dr. Hyman shed light on Jaden’s health issues, attributing them primarily to his food choices. Adjusting his diet and incorporating specific supplements would address his deficiencies. For Jaden, gluten and dairy were problematic, and as a vegetarian, there were concerns about vitamin and omega-3 deficiencies as well. Dr. Hyman reassured Jaden that resolving his stomach issues and adjusting his diet accordingly would restore his vitality, allowing him to continue shining in the world.

In September, concerns grew as Jaden’s extreme diet led to him eating only two meals, sometimes just one, a day. His overall well-being deteriorated, leaving him looking and feeling unwell, and struggling with sleep. Matters escalated during a trip to Australia, leading to hospitalization due to nausea and dizziness. Naturally, this deeply worried his family, prompting them to intervene.

The Smiths have always been open about their mental and physical health journeys. They believe in sharing their experiences to inspire others on their own wellness paths. Will even shared his colonoscopy experience, where a polyp was discovered and removed.

Emphasizing the importance of prioritizing one’s health and making positive changes, Will stated, “2019, gotta get our health right. There’s a certain amount of commitment and embarrassment involved with being healthy. Just gotta do it, man.” His goal is to encourage others to proactively care for their health and strive for a long and vibrant life.

Jaden Smith and his family, through their candid conversation on “Red Table Talk,” have demonstrated their commitment to facing health issues head-on. Their determination to prioritize wellness serves as a powerful reminder for all of us, between the ages of 45-65, to take control of our well-being and cherish the gift of good health. Let’s join them on this journey towards a vibrant and fulfilling life.
