Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Preheat the Waffle Maker:
- Preheat your mini waffle maker.
- Prepare Chaffle Batter:
- In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cook the Chaffles:
- Grease the waffle maker lightly.
- Spoon a portion of the batter onto the center of the waffle maker and close the lid.
- Cook until the chaffle is golden brown and firm to the touch. Repeat for the remaining batter.
- Cook the Burger Patties:
- Season the turkey or beef patties with salt and pepper.
- Grill or cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
- Assemble the Chaffle Burgers:
- Place a chaffle on a plate, add a lettuce leaf, a burger patty, tomato slices, and pickles.
- Top with another chaffle to form a burger.
- Serve:
- Serve the chaffle burgers with mustard and ketchup on the side.
