INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 4-6
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 pie crust
  • 10 slices bacon

 

PREPARATION

  • # Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
  • # In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • # Add in the green onions and cheddar, and mix again.
  • # Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
