Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients: minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, paprika, Dijon mustard, and ginger powder.
  2. Clean and dry the ribs with paper towels. Season the ribs with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the ribs in a sealed bag or a baking tray, then pour the marinade over them. Make sure that all the ribs are well coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight for enhanced flavors.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F).
  5. Place the marinated ribs on a baking tray with the fatty side up. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours or until the ribs are tender, basting with the marinade every 30 minutes for a delicious glaze.
  6. At the end of the cooking time, increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F) and glaze the ribs for an additional 10 minutes to achieve a caramelized finish.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting.
  8. Serve with the juice from the baking tray drizzled on top.

There you have it! Now you can enjoy these irresistible oven-baked garlic and honey ribs with their sweet and tangy glaze. Indulge in this delightful meal and satisfy your cravings!
