Judge’s Daughter Raised Over $100 Million Off Trump Prosecutions for Dem Election Campaigns: Report

The daughter of the judge overseeing Donald Trump’s New York legal case “has raised nearly $100 million for this criminal trial.”

The former chief counsel on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Attorney Mike Davis of the Article 3 Project, made the revelation on a recent episode of the War Room podcast.“Remember what this Democrat judge did, this Manhattan Democrat Judge Juan Merchan, who donated to President Biden in 2020, who donated to another anti-Trump cause, whose daughter, Loren Merchan, is a leading Democrat consultant and campaign fundraiser who’s working for Biden and Kamala Harris, Adam Schiff and many other Democrats,” Davis said.
“This Loren Merchan, the judge’s daughter, has raised nearly $100 million for this criminal trial. She’s profiting from this thing. And CNN doesn’t want its viewers to hear this,” he added, noting that he was suddenly replaced on the network’s show by Rep. Adam Kinzinger.

Davis also commented that, “Gag orders are supposed to protect criminal defendants so they get a fair trial, not to gag them so they can’t exercise their constitutional rights under the First, Sixth, and 14th Amendments to speak out about the judge, the prosecutor, the witnesses, their staffs, their biases, the process, especially when that prosecutor and that judge are so clearly partisan and they’ve politicized and weaponized the justice system against a criminal defendant who happens to be the leading presidential candidate.”

“You will not hear any of this on CNN because they are the problem,” Davis continued. “They are part of the Democrats’ lawfare and election interference against President Trump because these Democrat judges, these Democrat prosecutors, these Democrat witnesses, these Democrat hellholes like New York, DC, and Atlanta, these Democrat regime spokespeople like at CNN, they fear American voters on November 5, 2024. They know American voters are going to put President Trump back in the White House. You’re even seeing President Trump going up to Harlem, to a bodega in Harlem, and getting a hero’s welcome. If that doesn’t send chills down the spine of every Democrat in this country. They’re not paying attention.”

Trump was given a gag order in early April after he spoke out against Merchan’s daughter. It was later found that Trump’s daughter had a picture of Trump in jail as her X profile picture.“So, let me get this straight,” Trump wrote, “the Judge’s daughter is allowed to post pictures of her ‘dream’ of putting me in jail, the Manhattan DA is able to say whatever lies about me he wants, the Judge can violate our Laws and Constitution at every turn, but I am not allowed to talk about the attacks against me, and the Lunatics trying to destroy my life, and prevent me from winning the 2024 Presidential Election, which I am dominating?”

“Maybe,” he suggested, “the Judge is such a hater because his daughter makes money by working to ‘Get Trump,’ and when he rules against me over and over again, he is making her company, and her, richer and richer. How can this be allowed?”

Loren Merchan is the head of a consulting company in Chicago. She was paid about $4 million to help get the word out about Rep. Adam Schiff’s 2019 effort to impeach Trump.

Trump’s team asked Judge Merchan to step down from the case because the daughter was connected to high-profile Democrats, including Trump’s election opponents Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

“Your Honor’s daughter’s close connection to President Trump’s political adversaries and her work at, and financial interest in, a firm which is deeply engrained with Democratic politics raises real and legitimate concerns about this Court’s impartiality,” Trump’s legal team argued.

“The financial well-being of Your Honor’s daughter depends at least in part on the success of Authentic. And Authentic’s business model is one that requires it to attack President Trump and support individuals and causes in direct competition with President Trump.”

A review of Authentic’s website shows numerous examples of the consulting firm performing fundraising campaigns for prominent Democratic candidates.

Among those clients are the Biden-Harris Campaign and Kamala Harris for President.

Biden fundraising exploded following the announcement in February that Donald Trump would be facing criminal trial in late March. The campaign hauled in “an astounding $90 million in March, which was boosted by a celebrity-packed fundraiser in New York City headlined by former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. The celebrity fundraiser featured entertainers who made frequent jokes about Donald Trump’s criminal trial.

“This is an especially exciting and rare occasion. Three presidents have all come to New York, and not one of them is here to appear in court,” Stephen Colbert said about Trump.

USA Today reported in mid-April on the state of fundraising between the Trump and Biden campaigns.

“March was also the campaign’s best grassroots fundraising month since launching, it said. So far, 1.6 million people have donated to the Democratic incumbent’s re-election bid,” the report noted.

“In total, Democrats reported having $192 million on hand, more than double the $93.1 million Republicans reported,” it continued.Meanwhile, the report shows how the lawfare campaign against Donald Trump is depleting his re-election campaign’s resources. The former president is expected to draw in another $43 million during a Palm Beach fundraiser on Saturday hosted by billionaire hedge fund manager John Paulson. A portion of the money raised at the event will go to a group that has spent tens of millions of dollars on Trump’s mounting legal fees.

In addition to the four criminal cases against him, Trump has also been found liable in two civil cases related to fraud and sexual abuse. Judgments in the latter two require the former real estate mogul to pay hundreds of millions of dollars in penalties.

The former president got a bond in his New York civil fraud case to shield his assets as he appeals a $454 million judgment for fraudulently over-valuing his real estate empire.

And Trump posted a $92 million bond to block columnist E. Jean Carroll from collecting on her $83.3 million judgment as Trump appeals her defamation victory. These political prosecutions are not only blatant lawfare against the former president, but they are also acts of election interference against the leading presidential candidate.

CNN election analyst Harry Enten on Sunday reported that in battleground states, Donald Trump is more well-liked than current President Biden, “despite everything that has happened.”

And Rep. Jayapal admitted that prosecutors would not be dragging Donald Trump into criminal trials if he were not running for President of the United States.

The American people see the political prosecutions against the former president for what they are: Blatant election interference to protect a disastrous president.
