Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti
Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti is a delectable and comforting pasta dish that combines the richness of cream cheese with the heartiness of spaghetti. The recipe starts with cooking spaghetti until al dente, creating the perfect base for the dish. Meanwhile, a savory and flavorful sauce is prepared by sautéing onions and garlic until fragrant, then adding ground beef or sausage and cooking until browned.
The star of this dish, cream cheese, is incorporated into the sauce, imparting a creamy and luscious texture. Additional ingredients like crushed tomatoes, Italian herbs, and spices enhance the savory profile of the sauce, creating a robust and well-balanced flavor.
The cooked spaghetti is then tossed in the creamy sauce, ensuring each strand is coated in the flavorful mixture. The dish is assembled by layering the creamy spaghetti in a baking dish, and for an extra indulgent touch, it’s often topped with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
As the name suggests, the Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti is finished in the oven, allowing the flavors to meld together and the cheese to melt and form a golden, gooey crust on top. The result is a comforting and satisfying baked pasta dish that combines the creamy goodness of cream cheese with the classic appeal of spaghetti.
This hearty and flavorful recipe is a crowd-pleaser, making it an excellent choice for family dinners, potlucks, or any occasion where you want to serve a comforting and delicious pasta dish.
